It has been 1 year and 4 weeks since my father was last in a hospital. This is the first time in 6 years that he has not needed to b hospitalized in Florida or back home in Michigan. “Writing this on behalf of my mom Greta. She had a nasty fall resulting in injuries that did not allow her to take care of herself at all. I had never needed to find home health care in the past for her. I heard about Paradise Home Health Care from a friend. She also gave me a few additional home health care names. I Googled Paradise and loved the reviews. It was a Saturday morning and I called the number. Linda, the owner answered immediately. Within roughly 20 minutes, I received communication from Leslie who contacted Rosey, the staffing coordinator to find help ASAP. I am a challenging client as I have some specific requests. The agency sent us an angel of a woman who we cannot thank enough for her care. What is notable is the constant communication with Leslie (at all times of the day and into the night too) including helping me figure out what hours would be best for my busy work schedule. She then communicated our needs to Rosey, who put it all together for us. Over her last few years of life, she encountered countless healthcare werkers frem support staff, administrators, aides, nurses, specialista, doctera, and experts, none were as able, kind, and professional as these from Paradise.The Paradise Team of Administraters, Aides, and Nurses were there for our mother and family when we were unsure what to do and where to turn to for assistance because it clearly was not available to us in the assisted living businesses that sold us a bill of goods without delivering performance. Our Mother, Susan, Mike, Scett, and I lound new family in the Paradise Team we came to know over the few remaining montRi of our rother’s life. She complimented every one of you, by name, as she approached the final few days of her life… and know this, she rarely, if ever, said such things about others she encountered in the healthcare industry!What the Paradise Team did for our mether, my sister, my brothers, and me will never be repaid with money, gifts, or accolades. My mother had care at home from Paradise Home Health Care for the last six years of her life. Thanks to Paradise, she had aides who helped her to enjoy the pleasures to which she still had access at various points in her decline and certainly made her last years more comfortable and pleasant than they otherwise might have been. It made a tremendous difference in her quality of life, and I am grateful for the efforts to interact with her and to help her to feel that she still had people in her life who cared for and valued her.
