Lauren Alles

Administrator

Hi, I’m Lauren Alles, Administrator of Paradise Home Health Care.

For the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading our family-owned nurse registry with a deep commitment to compassionate, reliable, and high-quality care. Paradise Home Health Care was founded on the belief that families deserve trusted support during some of life’s most vulnerable moments — and that principle continues to guide everything we do.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and a graduate degree in Marketing from Parsons School of Design. My background in marketing has given me a strong foundation in communication, organization, and strategic growth, which I apply every day in overseeing operations, compliance, and client relationships.

I work closely with families to understand their unique needs and carefully refer qualified, licensed independent caregivers who align with those needs. My role is to ensure families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the referral process. I understand that inviting a caregiver into your home is a deeply personal decision, and I take that responsibility seriously.

As a family-owned registry, we approach care with responsiveness, integrity, and personal attention. I remain hands-on in every aspect of the business to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for the families we serve.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and baking, staying active at the gym, and exploring new restaurants as a true foodie. Most of all, I cherish time spent with my husband, son, and our dog. Being a wife and mother has deepened my appreciation for trust, patience, and the importance of dependable care.

It is truly an honor to serve our community and support families through every stage of care.

Vicky Kalij

Administrative Assistant

I was born in Ukraine and raised in Hungary, Europe, which gave me a strong sense of adaptability and a broad perspective that I carry into both life and work. I earned a degree in Human Resources and spent over 10 years in the field, mostly in the corporate world, where I built a solid foundation in operations, structure, and a people-focused approach.

In 2022, I moved to Florida, where I immediately fell in love with the ocean, sunshine, and palm trees. About 2.5 years ago, I joined the Paradise team, where I manage caregiver registration and support billing, payroll, and communication with LTC insurance providers. In addition, I manage our social media accounts, sharing educational posts that help people understand our industry and the ways we serve our clients.

I value being reliable, organized, and open to change. I approach my work with humility, adapt easily to new situations, and always look for ways to learn and improve. What I love most about my role is being part of a company with a meaningful mission—helping clients maintain dignity and enjoy a better quality of life—and being part of a team that genuinely cares about each other and the people we serve.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our energetic Siberian Husky, Kevin. I love traveling to new places, hiking, and exploring nature whenever I can. I’m also passionate about baking and love contributing a homemade cake to celebrate special moments, whether it’s a birthday or an important milestone at the office.

Rosey Camillo

Staffing Coordinator

With over 16 years of experience as a Staffing Coordinator, I truly enjoy helping people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. For the past 6 years at Paradise Home Health, I’ve had the privilege of supporting both staff and patients, making sure the right care is in the right place at the right time. I take pride in being organized, dependable, and someone others can count on.

What I love most about my work is building strong relationships and being part of a team that makes a real difference in people’s lives. Creating a positive, supportive environment is something I value every day.

Outside of work, my world revolves around my family. I’ve been happily married for 10 years, and I’m a proud parent of two amazing grown children and a loving grandparent to my granddaughter. I enjoy traveling, making memories with my loved ones, and spending time with our dog, Ziggy—who definitely keeps life fun.

Leslie Sedille

CGCM, CSA – Family Liaison / Care Manager

Leslie, is dedicated to improving the lives of seniors through her role as Family Liaison at Paradise Home Health Care. Working in the senior living industry since 2001, she brings a wealth of knowledge to guide families with compassion and expertise. Her background in facilities and home care gives her a broader understanding of senior and family care needs. With certifications as a Certified Senior Advisor and Certified Geriatric Care Manager, Leslie delivers compassionate and informed guidance. She is on a mission to safeguard senior rights and dignity.

Her strong communication and advocacy skills empower families to make informed decisions, ensuring seniors receive the care and dignity they deserve. Leslie’s commitment to service and advocacy extends beyond client relationships, focusing on enhancing community awareness of senior needs. Leslie serves on the Board for the Certified Senior Advisors Senior Spirit Newsletter, belongs to the Womans Executive Club of Ft. Lauderdale, and NPI.

Leslie knows caring for aging loved ones is a journey that brings both joy and challenges, and many families often find it tough to juggle compassion with the intricacies of senior care. From grasping healthcare needs to advocating for dignity, the caregiver’s role can sometimes feel like a heavy burden. Mrs. Sedille has a wealth of experience in senior care advocacy. When Leslie isn’t working she is chilling out with her husband Keith and three dogs. Barrett, Milo, and King. Leslie’s son, Tyson, is in the Army and currently stationed at Ft. Bragg, NC. She couldn’t be prouder of him.

Dana Rhinesmith

Family Liaison

A compassionate home healthcare professional who leads with warmth, clarity, and genuine connection. Supporting seniors and their families isn’t just my work—it’s something I feel deeply called to do.

Whether I’m helping someone navigate an important care decision or simply brightening a senior’s day, I show up with kindness, patience, and a sincere desire to make people feel seen, valued, and cared for.

I grew up in New Jersey in a close‑knit Italian family where love, food, and togetherness were part of everyday life. Those roots shaped who I am—someone who believes in treating people like family and creating moments that feel comforting and meaningful.

My happiest place has always been our beach house in Point Pleasant Beach. It’s where I spent my childhood summers, where the ocean has always felt like home, and where I still go to reconnect with myself.

In my work, I blend advocacy, relationship‑building, and a deep respect for the dignity of aging adults. I thrive in community settings—listening, encouraging, and creating tailored special moments through special activities, events to create everlasting beautiful memories I also love being partnered and being best supported working with Paradise Home Healthcare, which is a successful family‑owned and female‑run business. I believe in aligning and working with a dedicated team of people who lead with heart, purpose, and authenticity.

Outside of work, I’m inspired by travel, art, cinema, and history. I love discovering unique local spots, biking, crafting, and designing uplifting experiences for seniors. Wellness practices, music, time in nature, and staying close to the people I love help keep me grounded and balanced.

At my core, I lead with heart. I believe in showing up with gentleness, authenticity, and a genuine commitment to helping seniors feel supported, valued, and never alone.
